We Love Relaxing
Whether you’re a girl-boss, a student, a full-time momma or anywhere in between, you know how hectic life can be. But today, we want to encourage you to take some time to relax and take care of yourself. That way you can face that crazy to-do list with your perspective and batteries recharged. So with that goal in mind, here is our list of ideas on how best to relax.
If you only have less than 20 minutes:
Go for a short, brisk walk
Make yourself a warm beverage
Read a short chapter of your favourite book
Do a quick yoga routine
Take a disco nap
Write down your top five goals
Write down 10 things you’re grateful for
If you have longer:
Have a candle-lit bubble bath
Watch your favourite movie and give yourself a manicure
Call up someone you love
Listen to your favourite audiobook
Clean up your space if it’s stressing you out
Cook your favourite meal
Go do your favourite hobby
Take part in your favourite creative activity
Unplug from technology for a while
Get some exercise
